Keep the supplier workflow in one place.
Cargowisp helps active U.S. Amazon sellers organize a bounded assortment, stock checks, order handoffs, shipment tracking, and exception or case follow-up. Bringing those steps together can reduce scattered checking; you stay in control of seller decisions and actions.
This is a supported workflow, not a hands-off service. You select and review products, contact suppliers, enter seller-side details, and decide what happens next.
See the five workflow stepsThe work the pilot helps organize
From product selection to the next follow-up.
Keep the key steps visible across one seller workspace. The pilot helps you review and record the work; it does not make supplier, fulfillment, or customer-service decisions for you.
- 01
Choose and import
Select products from your seller-identified supplier or import a seller-owned SKU file. Keep the pilot assortment to 25 SKUs total.
- 02
Review stock
Check product stock status and your low-inventory watchlist to see which items may need a supplier check.
- 03
Record order handoffs
Create an order record and move it through the supplier handoff statuses. You decide when and how to contact the supplier.
- 04
Keep tracking in view
Add shipment references and tracking updates beside the order. Tracking is seller-entered; it does not sync automatically from a carrier.
- 05
Follow up on exceptions and cases
Review fulfillment exceptions, record supplier follow-up, and organize return or customer-service case work in the same workspace.
Stock and shipment details depend on the information available to you and the details you enter. Carrier updates are not automatically synchronized.

Separate fit-review path
Apply before deciding on payment.
Submitting this form sends an application for fit review only. Cargowisp reviews it and follows up with a decision. If you receive an invitation, you choose whether to accept and continue to separate hosted checkout. Payment is not taken with this application; seller workspace access starts only after a payment is verified.
- 1. Submit the application for review; there is no charge at this step.
- 2. Cargowisp reviews fit and emails a decision or next steps.
- 3. If invited, choose whether to continue, then complete checkout separately.
- 4. Access follows verified payment and account matching.
